Kenpo Dyamics is headed by Mr Amrik Singh who has been training in Martial Arts for over 35 Years. Kenpo Dynamics is like no other martial art in that the study of biomechanics and synaptic pathways has led to a system which develops children and adults alike to get the most out of there bodies and successfully defend themselve.
We test all that we teach to ensure that the material works against non compliant people and teach students the value of confidence over false confidence.
