Senshi Ryuu karate is a family club aimed at all ages but especially encouraging families to train and benefit together. Karate I’d great fir developing, discipline confidence, coordination, balance and learning self defense skills. Primarily it is a good way to keep fit and lots if fun.
Sensei Phil, (chief instructor) has been 18 years of teaching experience and understands how to train world champions and the once a week karate as a hobby student. You’ll never know till you try so cone and do a session.

Programs & Class Schedule
Thursdays: 6.30 till 7.45. Badger farm community centre, 5 yrs upwards. A great class for kids and beginners.
Sundays: 10.45 till 12.00. Weeke scout hut, 5yrs upwards, family class. A great classfor all ages and we encourage families to come and train together.
