Sentoryu Martial Arts runs Karate classes for anyone 4 years and over.
We offer a Two Week Trial to everyone.
Our classes are Braintree on a Wednesday and Friday and White Notley on a Saturday.
We focus on self-defence, which includes anti-bullying and stranger danger.
