The Dojo-cho and Sensei is John Creed 3 dan (I.B.C.) who teaches under the technical direction of Pierre Citti Sense of the Budo College Belge. One of the oldest Dojos in Europe. We practise a practical style of traditional Ueshiba Aikido focusing on dynamic movement, weapons training and individual development. Aikido focuses not on punching or kicking opponents but rather on using their own energy to gain control or throw them away from you. It is not a static art, but places great emphasis on motion and the dynamics of movement.
