Programs & Class Schedule
Shōfūkan Dōjō practices the classical martial art of Takenouchi-ryū Bitchūden Forged on the battlefields of medieval Japan, Takenouchi-ryū is a comprehensive training system, using many of the weapons of the samurai, but is particularly renowned for it’s jujutsu (unarmed techniques). New students aged 15+ are welcome at any time and we now have sessions for junior aged 10-14 years old. We train twice a week in Mirfield, West Yorkshire.
