We are a small family based martial arts club providing the very best training for children aged 5 to 14 years. Established for over 20 years our unique ASP system ( Art, Sport, Protection )allows each of our students the opportunity to enjoy practical techniques and healthy competition in a safe environment.
All martial arts are proud of their heritage, ours is British. A rare claim nowadays, but our techniques have been influenced by what’s happening in Britain today not on the medieval battleground or the MMA cage. Whilst many look to the Orient for their martial arts training, it seems a shame that they have missed out on a home grown gem right under their noses.
