A now established club that started in January 2017, bringing to Winchester and its surrounding areas, the opportunity to learn and experience the health and combative benefits associated with this age-old Russian martial art.
Robert Hodgkinson teaches Systema Ryabko under the auspices of Vladimir Vasiliev & Mikhail Ryabko (Chief Instructors); has studied & trained in Systema for three years. Certification to teach was granted following an extended period in Canada at the Toronto HQ in 2016, and this is renewed every two years; Rob continues to train in the U.K. under the guidance of highly respected Instructor – Matt Hill, at Wiltshire Martial Arts, as well as attending a number of workshops & seminars throughout Europe & in Canada.
Rob comes from a Japanese Ju-Jitsu background having studied under master J.J. Andrews for a number of years, as well as training experience in other forms of Martial Arts & Self Defence inc OCFM, Kensa JJ, BJJ, BCA.

Programs & Class Schedule
Self Defence Classes are held at Kings School, Winchester in the old school gym.
Health Mini-Workshops are held at River Park – Fields and/or Leisure Centre
Currently training is for those 18 yrs of age & over, although later classes for teenagers and children may be initiated.
There are currently two classes:
Self-Defence > Tuesdays 1915-2100
Health Classes & Mini Workshops
2nd & Last Saturday of each month – see website for full details
