Tai Chi is an ancient art having its roots in taoism ,and a long documented lineage transmited via Jiang Fa. Class taught by A McDonnell World Champion Gold Medalist (Snr. Advanced Level) with over 50 years martial arts experience.
Student of Sigung ( grand master ) F D Chen, Professor Zhang Xiu Mu, Master Zhang Suisheng and Professor Li De Yin. Alan teaches for health and self defence, beginners and advanced welcome.
