An official Olympic Sport, Taekwondo has become one of the most popular martial arts today and involves kicking techniques, cardio-vascular training, physical fitness, as well as the possibility of competition at the regional, provincial, national and international levels. In other words, it benefits us all.
The Vaudreuil-sur-le-Lac (VSLL) subdivision of the Centre d’Entraînement Haute Performance Taekwondo, founded in Vaudreuil-sur-le-lac, is proud to offer Taekwondo classes at the VSLL Community Center in order to promote the well-being of both the young and the not so young in our region.
