Established in 1990, TEAM UMAC MMA & Fitness (formally United Martial Arts Canada) was the dream and vision of its owner and head Instructor, Lou Milonas. Lou’s vision for TEAM UMAC MMA is based on his 40 years in Traditional and Mixed Martial Arts. TEAM UMAC MMA is known as the first real MMA facility in the Greater Toronto Area.
