We are the University of Southampton Mixed Martial Arts Society. We specialise in Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), with additional wrestling and pure MMA classes.
We have various instructors in different disciplines, including a BCMMA champion, a competitor from cage warriors and a highly successful competitor in BJJ.
Whether you’re looking to become a fighter, learn self defence, or just get fit, we provide it all. Sparring is optional, so don’t feel like we’re going to make you fight, though if you’re interested in that we regularly take part in interclub competitions all though the year.

Monday – BJJ no-gi:7-8.30 pm, gi:8.30-9 pm with Tyrone Derrick.
Wednesday – Muay Thai 5-7 pm with Daniel Victor Bourne
Friday – Open mat 8-10 pm
Saturday – MMA 11:30 pm-1.30 pm
Sunday – Muay Thai 5.30-8 pm
