Welcome to Viking KAPAP and Israeli self defence martial art. The club is run by Brett Mackenzie an experienced martial arts instructor with over 20 years experience training in Karate, Muay Thai, Arnis (FMA), Ji-Jitsu and Krav Maga. Brett has served in the military (infantry), a door supervisor in Great Yarmouth for several years. Plus 10 years at Norwich City football club in the away supporters.
KAPAP is purely about self defence. There are no gradings, katas or big egos. KAPAP teaches close quarter combat (CQB) covering empty hand, physical restraint, knife defence, firearms defence, handling, street grappling, multiple attackers and stick fighting. Understanding the UK law in self defence, awareness and conflict management.
Brett regularly runs workshops in Sweden and Serbia under the Avi Nardia Academy. He has been trained by the best instructors in the world and invites top reality based martial arts teaches to run workshops. This includes ex Royal Marine unarmed combat instructor Alex Mair, Russell Jarmesty from the JMA academy Manchester. Programs & Class Schedule
We train 3 times a week at the Norman Sports centre in Norwich. Students must be over the age of 16 years. No contract is required
Once a week training costs £30 per month, or
Unlimited monthly training is £45 per month
Tuesday 7.30 pm – 9.30 pm
Thursday 7.30 pm – 9.30 pm
Saturday 10 am – 12 am
