We teach a range of martial arts; ‘Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ)’, ‘Submission Wrestling’, ‘Muay Thai / Kick Boxing’ and ‘Boxing’ for all ages. We also deliver courses covering; self defence (Def-Con-One Street Combat System), First Aid and much more.
We have a welcoming, family feel about the gym supported by a great team and facility. We love to help people achieve their personal goals and experience something special that will last a lifetime.
Teaching effective ‘live’ martial arts to the ordinary person lies at the heart of our gym, utilizing cutting edge coaching techniques usually reserved for elite competitors, creating a safe environment that accelerates personal development.

Programs & Class Schedule
Classes and private training is available throughout the week for all ages from 5 years old.
We are a family gym. Pop in for a chat and look around from Monday to Thursday, children from 4 pm to 6 pm and adults from 6 pm.
