Wetherby Martial Arts our newest club started in 2010 at Wetherby town hall but quickly grew out of that location and is now located in the The Engine Shed. The club has grown from strength to strength and is run by two families and has a fantastic family friendly atmosphere. Wetherby Martial currently has around 75 members from 3 years old upwards.
All skill levels are welcome as all of our lessons cover a wide range of skills and exercises aimed to push anyone. Our lessons maily consist of a warm up, technique work, working with a partner or in a group, sparring and cardio based “burn out”.
