Wing Chun is a simple and effective self defense martial art for adults of any age. No prior experience is necessary. The course is taught by Sifu Peter Foreman, an instructor with the UK Wing Chun Kung Fu Association which was established in 1985 by Master James Sinclair. Peter trained as an instructor with the association and has over fifteen years for teaching experience.
