Whether you work in a high risk environment, want to feel safe walking alone at night or just feel you’d like to learn something new then we can give you the tools to defend yourself! You will learn a varity of moves. pressure points, blocks, kicks and punches and then practise in staged realistic encounters where you will use your new skills to defend yourself!
Or is it your child? Worried your child is being bullied? Are they walking the streets alone? Starting high school? Nervous? Scared of the monster under their bed? Then this class is perfect for them!
We have Childrens Karate, Childrens Bugeisha Street Defence and Womens Self Defence classes. Each instructor has over 40 years of experience. One of them has 16 black belts in nearly every style!
