The Yuu Ryoku Kai (run by Sensei Phil Rutland; 4th Dan) has been set up to provide a friendly, safe, environment where adults can learn the martial art of Shotokan Karate. We are a member of the World-Wide Association Shotokan Karate Do United Nations (SKDUN).

Programs & Class Schedule
The Yuu Ryoku Kai has been set up for adults only (over 18) although we will take students from 16. Currently our student age range is from 20’s to 50+
Sessions are Monday and Thursday 7 pm to 9 pm
Training Fees:- You only pay if you turn up!
