Goodwin Martial Arts welcomes individuals and family members of all ages and abilities. Young or old, male or female, Goodwin Martial Arts can develop your discipline, respect, and self-confidence, all while learning new skills and having lots of fun.
We run specialised classes for 4-7 year olds – Little Dragons – as well as Taekwon-do classes for ages 7 – 70! Whether you are looking to improve your fitness, self-esteem, confidence, or learn self-defence, or you simply want to have fun, we are the club for you!
I am a registered Instructor with the British Taekwon-do Council and the UKITF and as such I am fully insured, trained in Emergency and Paediatric First Aid and Child Safeguarding and I have an enhanced DBS check. I have nearly 15 years experience teaching Taekwon-do to children and adults and I am a fully qualified Primary School Teacher with over 10 years experience. I am also a mum to 2 young children.
