On the “hard-soft” scale of martial arts, hapkido stands somewhere in the middle, employing “soft” techniques similar to jujutsu and aikido as well as “hard” techniques reminiscent of taekwondo and tang soo do. Even the “hard” techniques, though, emphasize circular rather than linear movements. All techniques should follow the three principles of hapkido:
The wide variety of kicks in hapkido make it distinctly Korean. Taekwondo kicks appear to be similar to many of the kicks found in hapkido.

Lil Dragons 4 – 6
The Dragons is the martial arts and self defence group for children who are between 4 years and 6. In the Dragons group you will further develop self-confidence, self discipline, co ordination, balance, and flexibility. Your instruction will be given within a fun packed half hour by dedicated team and you will learn the Hapkido syllabus at the same time
Matted training area and Lil Dragon training tools
Juniors – 7 – 12 years
Adults- 13- 65 years,
