Andrew Robinson has over 25 years in martial arts having started out in Wado Ryu Karate then continuing his development in Kyusho Jitsu, Filipino Martials arts and Kapap.
KAPAP bridges a variety of different disciplines for a full understanding of self-defense principles and techniques.
Celtic Dragon Kapap classes will teach you the importance of biomechanics in knowing how to defend yourself. Principles such as those of push and pull and balance displacement, economy of motion, and chain of attack will teach you how to get the most out of your training.
