Sifu Alexis is a devoted Martial Artist who has been practicing Wing Chun Kung Fu for more than 15 years. He has been teaching Wing Chun for more than 10 years and he loves to share his passion for Kung Fu with his students.
Wing Chun is considered by many experts to be one of the most effective self-defence systems in the world. A highly efficient combat-tested system of self defence, fighting skills and defensive tactics.
Here at the House Of The Wing Chun Warrior we encourage the students to develop their skills through an intensive training method based on body mechanics, control and special exercises such as Chi Sau to increase sensitivity and reflexes in combat situations.
