Since 1995 Sensei Alexandra Merisoiu has explored how the body and mind works. She has done this through using many different sporting techniques and working with a wide variety of highly respected coaches.
She has been ranked 1st at WMO 2016 British National Championships, 2nd and 3rd at WORLD KARATE CHAMPIONSHIPS, 2 times NATIONAL KARATE CHAMPION, WORLD CUP CHAMPION and is a 3rd Dan Black Belt in Karate Shotokan.
She still competes at an international level with her recent 3rd place at the Karate Shotokan World Championship in October 2015 representing England.
Alexandra Merisoiu is also the Founder and Head Coach of The Merisoiu Technique -Institute Of Health & Human Movement.

- Shotokan Karate
Programs & Class Schedule
Monday 6:30-7:30 – Oxted School Old Hall – Beginners and advanced – Children age 4+ and Adults.
Wednesday 7-8:30 pm – Oxted School Gym Hall – Beginners and advanced – Children age 4+ and Adults.
Pay as you train, NO CONTRACT.
Beginners are always welcome.
Parents are welcome to train with their children.
Lessons run thorughout the year, including all school holidays.
Kaizei Shotokan Karate Club is associated to SKCE – Shotokan Karate Centres England
SKCE is I.O.C International Olympic Committee Recognised.
