KARATE, TEACHING WHAT I LOVE
Teaching both children (7-16 years) & adult classes. Karate is practised for self-defence, self-awareness and personal development, Our practice is in a place where some of your greatest friendships grow, an environment full of positive encouragement… and fun!
For the serious student, martial arts becomes the way of life. It cultivates the virtues of humility, concern for others, patience and strength.
It develops the mind and strengthens the body and teaches us to concentrate on spiritual values instead of monetary pleasures or material possession.

CHILDREN CLASSES – we are dedicated to teaching children! Promoting focus and respect through age appropriate karate; children have fun learning self-defence, break falls, pad work, locks, take-downs and grappling techniques.
CHILDREN WITH AUTISM – Martial art training is brilliant for kids with autism; with improved confidence, balance, social skills and an increase in positive behaviours.
PARENTS – You are welcome to join our class and share practice with your child or perhaps attend our adults class.
LADIES – Are you looking for a new challenge in life, to have some quality time for you? Then take a step forward, come along and have a go!
